GREG MILLEN
FOUNDER

My professional career started at the age of 20 when I was fortunate enough to play in 600+ National Hockey Leagues games, for 7 different franchises, with the highlight being chosen to represent Team Canada in 1982. I played alongside superstars, and Hockey Hall of Famers like; Wayne Gretzky, Bob Gainey, Bobby Clarke, Darryl Sittler, Bernie Fedorko, Steve Yzerman, Guy Lafleur, Ron Francis, and coach Roger Neilsen. They all shared one thing in common: they led with character. Today, my post-game career has kept me close to the sport I love. As a TV analyst for Hockey Night in Canada on Sportsnet and broadcasting for the past 25 seasons, I’ve been fortunate to cover 3 Olympic Games, 2 World Cups of Hockey, 12 Stanley Cup Finals and 12 NHL All-Star games. It has also provided me with unique insight into what makes great leaders, from the dressing room to the boardroom. I have always been fascinated by, and keenly interested in the field of leadership, so in 2013, I attended the University of Guelph’s College of Management and Economics, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Leadership. My love of leadership, my experience as an athlete and broadcast executive, and my exposure to the best-in-class leaders from around the world, have lead me to my next passion, an entrepreneurial coach, consultant, professor and keynote speaker. My focus and commitment today is on Transformational Character Leadership Development and Relational Dynamics. I leverage my first-hand experiences with champions – trail-blazers professional sports teams, disruptive corporations, and their leaders, and share my knowledge and secrets that accelerate and increase clients’ awareness of their leadership character. If this piques your interest, please send me an email and I’d be more than happy to discuss your leadership future.

“I envision a corporate world where character development is emphasized as the primary approach to attaining sustained leadership excellence.

My purpose is to drive positive change by returning humanity to the corporate world through character development of organizational leaders.”
