1-on-1 Coaching

Millen Leadership’s 1 on 1 Coaching is a personalized 3 step process. The initial meeting begins the business and personal relationship. This leads to a professional Character Profile evaluation which when completed is evaluated with the client. A Leadership plan is then developed to begin the Character Leadership journey.
